Born in Upper Austria in 1986, he studied philosophy in Vienna and scenic writing in Berlin. In addition to numerous other awards, he won the Mülheim Playwright’s Prize in 2018 and 2019, the most important prize for dramatic writing in the entire German-speaking world.
