Description

The Salzkammergut region in particular has marked by clichéd presentations as a backdrop for the tourism and recreation industry from the 19th century until today.

Historical photographs of the Salzkammergut, either pictorial documentations of everyday life, various festivities or landscape shots, by well-known and unknown photo artists from private and public archives are collected.
