More about the contributor

born 1972 in Innsbruck, lives and works in Zell am Moos.

Constanze has been working with the raw material wool and the technique of felting for around 23 years. As she wanted to develop her own colour language, she also started using various natural dyes. Initially self-taught, she attended further training courses run by recognised artists in the field of felting and natural dyeing.

Constanze has been exhibiting at markets and exhibitions for many years and runs felting courses at home and abroad. Together with schools and kindergartens, she develops projects such as yurt building and carpet making for children in order to enable children to experience this wonderful material as a physical experience.
