Craft FAIRbinds
…is the leitmotif of the activities carried out by the HAND.WERK.HAUS. It is also part of the project “SCALA”.
In the title year of Bad Ischl Salzkammergut 2024, international artists and craftspeople working on a manual basis will visit Bad Goisern.
On this day, visitors can look forward to a glittering and glamourous gathering of the „Perlhauben with a parade and dances, a day of arts and crafts, open studios of artists from the USA and Japan as well as handmade masterpieces by Venetian lace makers and the „Gossamer Perlenstrickerinnen“ (knitting with beads), who will all be demonstrating their skills on site.
Exquisite regional cuisine, artistic “hair works”, “moving pictures”, hands-on workshops centred around music for the young and the old, beads and bead knitting – there is something for every taste.
And in Bad Goisern at Hallstättersee, of course, you will be able to experience a music event under the direction of Toni Burger and Christian Kapun.
Furthermore, an exhibition of bonnets from Tostmann will take place in the Bad Goisern municipal office until 25 June.
